The King on October 28 -November 2, 2018, Chiang Mai, Thailand. The SEAZA2018 will offer a very special opportunity to all SEAZA members as it will be held right after WAZA2018. The host of SEAZA considers that this great opportunity should be utilized as much as possible, so WAZA2018 that will be held on October 21st-25th, 2018 in Bangkok will offer “special discount” to delegates those attend SEAZA2018 to have chance to learn about Zoos and Aquariums from world renown speakers and also can exchange information, expertise and co-ordinate matters of common interest with friends from all over the world.
Beside Chiang Mai, the rose of the North, will be impressive venue for all delegates to experience an over 720-year old cultures. Chiang Mai was one of two tourist destinations in Thailand on TripAdvisor‘s 2014 list of “25 Best Destinations in the World”. It is a culturally and historically interesting city, at one time the capital of the ancient Lanna kingdom. Located among the rolling foothills of the Himalayan Mountains 700 km north of Bangkok, it could only be reached by an arduous river journey or an elephant trek until the 1920s. This isolation helped keep Chiang Mai’s distinctive charm intact.
On behalf of the SEAZA2018 Organizing Committee, I look forward to welcoming you and your spouse to enjoy cultural identity combined with contemporary living in Chiang Mai. We commit every effort to make sure for fruitful scientific program together with enjoyable and unforgettable experiences in Chiang Mai.
